Ingredients

  • 3 apples, grated
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (12 oz) diet ginger ale
  • 1 pkg Knox gelatine

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over the ginger ale.
  2. Heat until the gelatin is dissolved, but do not boil.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Mix in the grated apples, frozen orange juice, coconut extract, and crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
