Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Miracle Whip or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine onion, bell pepper, fresh tomatoes and Velveeta cheese.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle sugar over all.
  4. Add Miracle Whip.
  5. This is delicious with Mexican food, fish or any meat.
