Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 medium red skinned potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 16 ounces Zesty Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then slice or dice with skin on.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and dried dill weed.
  3. Pour the Zesty Italian salad dressing over the mixture and stir well.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
