Instructions
- In a blender combine 1/4 cup olive oil and the remaining ingredients.
- Run the blender at low speed, lift lid and slowly pour in the remaining olive oil.
- Return lid to blender and run at high speed for 1 minute.
- This will thicken when refrigerated; allow to warm at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
