Dinner Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine and let set in fridge until cool.
  2. Heat nonstick or special crepe pan (8-inch) and using ladle or measuring cup, put enough in pan to just cover bottom; roll around the batter until pan is covered.
  3. Cook until lightly brown on bottom.
  4. Carefully flip and heat a few seconds.
  5. Continue until all batter is used up.
  6. Will store overnight in fridge until ready to use.
