Instructions
- Combine and let set in fridge until cool.
- Heat nonstick or special crepe pan (8-inch) and using ladle or measuring cup, put enough in pan to just cover bottom; roll around the batter until pan is covered.
- Cook until lightly brown on bottom.
- Carefully flip and heat a few seconds.
- Continue until all batter is used up.
- Will store overnight in fridge until ready to use.
