Creamy and flavorful guacamole with ripe avocados, tangy lime, garlic, and olives, perfect for parties, snacks, or as a dip with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 to 10 green olives
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Mash the avocados in a bowl.
  3. Add minced onion, oregano, lime juice, minced garlic (or garlic powder), chopped green olives, and salt.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Chill the guacamole for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
