Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. salad mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • about 1 cup salad oil, chilled
  • 2 or 3 drops hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon or less

Instructions

  1. Combine mustard, catsup, and mayonnaise; beat with a fork or wire whip.
  2. Add cold salad oil very, very slowly while beating constantly to thicken the dip.
  3. Add oil until the mixture is thickened.
  4. Stir in all seasonings, mixing well.
  5. Serve as a dip for shrimp or other seafood.
