  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  2. Combine six quarts of the cooked vegetables in a large container.
  3. In a separate saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, and turmeric.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  6. Can the chow chow hot and seal the jars.
