Instructions
- Stir together potatoes, hot potato water, lard, and sugar. Allow to cool.
- Add yeast dissolved in water.
- Mix together and let set for 2 hours.
- Add salt, eggs, and flour.
- Mix well and knead on a floured board.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to use, roll out about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place in greased pan, greasing each biscuit.
- Put in warm place and let rise for 2 to 3 hours.
- Bake in a moderate oven.
