Instructions

  1. Stir together potatoes, hot potato water, lard, and sugar. Allow to cool.
  2. Add yeast dissolved in water.
  3. Mix together and let set for 2 hours.
  4. Add salt, eggs, and flour.
  5. Mix well and knead on a floured board.
  6. Put in refrigerator overnight.
  7. When ready to use, roll out about 1/2 inch thick.
  8. Place in greased pan, greasing each biscuit.
  9. Put in warm place and let rise for 2 to 3 hours.
  10. Bake in a moderate oven.
