Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, baked and shredded
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Turn mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
