Ingredients

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and season the calf liver slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the liver slices on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the liver slices.
  4. Place bacon strips over the breaded liver.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until done, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
