Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • crushed pineapple
  • cherry, apple or blackberry pie filling
  • yellow cake mix
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 sticks margarine.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan, pour large can of crushed pineapple (plus juice). Next, spread a can of cherry, apple or blackberry pie filling over pineapple.
  4. Then sprinkle a box of yellow cake mix (dry) over this.
  5. Pour melted margarine over the cake mix.
  6. Top with 2 or more cups of chopped pecans.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Delicious served warm!
