Dough Dogs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Split hot dogs almost through and fill with cheese.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in shortening until crumbly.
- Add milk to make a soft dough.
- Knead lightly a few times.
- Roll into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Cut into 8 rectangles.
- Spread each with a little mustard.
- Wrap each hot dog in dough, tucking in the ends and sealing with a little cold water.
- Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes, until nicely browned.
- Serves 6 to 8.
