Ingredients

  • 5 c. unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 lb. margarine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and make a well.
  2. Slowly add the water, working the mixture with your hands until the water is absorbed and a soft dough has formed.
  3. Let dough rest for about 20 minutes.
