Ingredients

  • 4 c. blueberries
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup blueberries with 1 1/4 cups water and the cup of sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with the 1/4 cup of water and stir into the blueberry sauce.
  3. Cook slowly until thick and clear.
  4. Add lemon juice and allow to cool.
  5. Then add the remaining 3 cups of blueberries.
  6. Chill in refrigerator.
