Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. quick oats
  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for preserves and coconut.
  2. Beat at low speed until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
  4. Press the remaining crumbs into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
