Dried Beef Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend cream
  2. cheese,
  3. onion,
  4. horseradish
  5. and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.
  6. Carefully separate
  7. slices
  8. of
  9. beef and
  10. lay
  11. out
  12. each slice, slightly overlapping,
  13. about five across on a clean dish towel.
  14. Do this for about 3 rows,
  15. all
  16. slightly
  17. overlapping
  18. until you have a rectangle of meat. Spread with cheese mixture.
  19. Roll as for a jelly roll, using the dish towel
  20. to help bring up all meat at the beginning of the
  21. roll.
  22. Press along with fingers and roll until completed.
  23. When cold, use fingers to form a better roll. Just before serving, slice into 1 inch slices.
