Ingredients

  • 30 ounces pinto beans drained and rinsed.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 medium onions sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 each jalapeno pepper sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
