Duck Pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1/3 cup Cold water
  • 1 Sesame seed oil

Instructions

  1. Place flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.
  2. Add the boiling water into the well and mix.
  3. Then add the cold water and mix until a dough forms
  4. Then let the dough rest by covering it for 30 mins
  5. Knead the dough for 5 mins and roll into a sausage shape and cut into 12 pieces
  6. Dip each in a little sesame oil and roll into circles 10 cm diameter
  7. Brush a frying pan with the remaining sesame oil and heat
  8. Fry the pancakes in batches until just starting to take colour... (I didn't leave it that much that's why mine it's just plain, but you can do it however u want)
  9. Serve with gravy and pecking duck!!
