Duck Pancakes!

Instructions
- Place flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Add the boiling water into the well and mix.
- Then add the cold water and mix until a dough forms
- Then let the dough rest by covering it for 30 mins
- Knead the dough for 5 mins and roll into a sausage shape and cut into 12 pieces
- Dip each in a little sesame oil and roll into circles 10 cm diameter
- Brush a frying pan with the remaining sesame oil and heat
- Fry the pancakes in batches until just starting to take colour... (I didn't leave it that much that's why mine it's just plain, but you can do it however u want)
- Serve with gravy and pecking duck!!
