Instructions
- Beat together egg, milk and butter.
- Stir into dry ingredients. Turn out onto lightly floured board.
- Knead a few times to make a smooth dough.
- Roll out to 8 x 8-inch square.
- Cut into 16 (2-inch) squares.
- Drop into boiling broth and simmer, covered until tender, about 20 minutes to half hour.
