- Beat eggs, milk and flour until well mixed.
- Pour egg mixture into a shallow, ovenproof baking dish in which butter has been melted.
- Bake in a 425° oven for
- 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
- Squeeze lemon juice over egg mixture.
- Spread with sifted powdered sugar.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Delicious for brunch.
