Dutch Babies(Eggs)

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, milk and flour until well mixed.
  2. Pour egg mixture into a shallow, ovenproof baking dish in which butter has been melted.
  3. Bake in a 425° oven for
  4. 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over egg mixture.
  6. Spread with sifted powdered sugar.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
  8. Delicious for brunch.
