Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, sugar, creamed corn, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  2. Add the Jiffy cornbread mix to the mixture and stir until just blended.
  3. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the oven or microwave.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan with melted butter, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
