Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. milk
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Add milk and salt to the eggs.
  3. Mix the mixture well.
  4. Put the mixture on low heat and stir until it curdles and looks like sour milk.
  5. Pour the curdled mixture into a bag or cloth and tie it tight to form a ball.
  6. Let the ball drip overnight.
  7. Take the ball out of the bag and cloth.
  8. Re-cover and put it in the refrigerator.
  9. Slice as you would cheese.
  10. Will keep for weeks.
