- Beat the eggs well.
- Add milk and salt to the eggs.
- Mix the mixture well.
- Put the mixture on low heat and stir until it curdles and looks like sour milk.
- Pour the curdled mixture into a bag or cloth and tie it tight to form a ball.
- Let the ball drip overnight.
- Take the ball out of the bag and cloth.
- Re-cover and put it in the refrigerator.
- Slice as you would cheese.
- Will keep for weeks.
