Easter Egg Rolls

- Grease a cookie sheet.
- Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces. With the palm of your hand, flatten each piece into a 3-inch square.
- Place a few raisins or jelly beans in the center; bring up the dough edges around the filling and pinch them together, forming an egg shape.
- Place pinched side down on cookie sheet. Brush the rolls with the egg.
- Cover with plastic wrap; put in a warm place and let rise until double in size.
- Sprinkle tops of the rolls with colored sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
