Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. flour (approx.)

Instructions

  1. Put 1 1/2 c. flour in a bowl - make a "well".
  2. Add 2 whole eggs and yolks of 4 eggs.
  3. Stir with fork.
  4. Add enough flour to knead.
  5. Make it firm enough to roll.
  6. Divide into 4 pieces.
  7. Roll paper thin.
  8. Partially dry.
  9. Stack and cut into thin strips. Finish drying.
