Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 package RapidRise yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add oil and buttermilk to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Cut into biscuits using a small cutter.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
  6. Let the biscuits rise for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush the warm biscuits with melted butter before serving.
