Easy Bean Burritos

Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 large ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chunky salsa
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Place 9 x 13-inch casserole dish beside cutting board.
  2. Lay tortilla on cutting board and spread layer of refried beans on top.
  3. In a line near middle of tortilla, sprinkle black olives, cheese and salsa.
  4. Roll up tortilla and place in dish.
  5. Repeat for remaining 9 tortillas.
  6. Microwave on High for 5 minutes or cook in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve on plates with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream on top.
