Ingredients

  • 10 slices white bread, buttered and cubed
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Put bread cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Toss, cover with cheese. Combine milk, eggs and salt in blender and pour over cheese.
  3. Top with bacon and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
