Easy Cherry Macaroon Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 1/8 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (21 ounce) cancomstock cherry pie filling
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract, if desired
  • 6 macaroons, crumbled
  • whipped topping, if desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package.
  2. Combine cherry filling and extract.
  3. Alternate layers of pudding, crumbled cookies, and filling in 6 parfait or dessert dishes.
  4. Garnish with topping.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
