Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken, skinned, boiled, drained, chopped
  • 1 can cream soup (celery, mushroom or broccoli cheese)
  • 1/2 onion, sauteed (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 cup reserved chicken broth
  • seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, Cavender's Greek Seasoning, garlic salt)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta or rice in boiling water or in chicken broth until tender.
  2. Mix the cooked rice or pasta with the drained, chopped chicken and the can of cream soup.
  3. Saute half an onion if desired and add to the mixture.
  4. Add the reserved chicken broth to moisten the mixture to your preferred consistency.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, Cavender's Greek Seasoning, or garlic salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
