Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) melted butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours.
