Ingredients

  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 qt. water
  • 3/4 c. noniodized salt
  • cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Boil vinegar, water, and salt to create the brine.
  2. Place a sprig of dill at the bottom of a sterile jar.
  3. Pack cucumbers into the jar.
  4. Pour the boiling brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and wait at least 6 weeks before using.
