Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Layer the chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, Russian dressing, onion soup mix, and water until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken over long grain and wild rice.
