Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Microwave potatoes for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave and let cool slightly.
  4. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  5. In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  6. Add potato slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
