Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 cups sliced cooked ham, cut into cubes
  • 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer sliced cooked ham, peeled and sliced potatoes, and sliced onion in the dish.
  4. Add Cheddar cheese soup over the layers.
  5. Pour enough milk to fill the pan to about 2 inches from the top.
  6. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
