Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. American-style process cheese loaf
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 lb. diced ham
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped carrots
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1 (2 oz.) can onion rings

Instructions

  1. Place cheese and milk in the top of a double boiler and heat on medium until you have a thick cheese sauce.
  2. Add diced ham, chopped broccoli, chopped green pepper, chopped mushrooms, chopped celery, and chopped carrots to the cheese sauce.
  3. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the biscuits according to the package instructions.
  5. Cut the biscuits into halves or quarters and place them in greased muffin tins to form cups.
  6. Fill each biscuit cup with the ham and vegetable cheese mixture.
  7. Top each with a piece of onion ring.
  8. Bake until biscuits are golden and filling is hot, about 10-12 minutes.
