Easy Ham Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups all-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick(R))
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped smoked ham
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix Cheddar cheese, baking mix, ham, Parmesan cheese, 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk, parsley, and mustard together in a bowl; form into 36 balls.
  2. Arrange balls on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and put in freezer until firm, about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  4. Arrange ham balls on prepared baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, 25 to 35 minutes.
