Easy Heath Almond Cookie balls (eggless)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup firm packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup heath bits
  • 3/4 cup almond slivers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Should be slightly crumbly but moldable.
  4. For dough into 1 inch balls.
  5. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bottoms are golden.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
  9. Makes about 20-24 balls.
