Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly 4 or 5 times.
  3. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
  4. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Yield: 1 dozen.
