Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from herbs.
  2. Rinse well and drain well.
  3. Dry each variety separately.
  4. Loosely pack one cup of leaves, then spread on a paper towel.
  5. Place in microwave and cover herb with another towel.
  6. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  7. If desired, crumble. Store in airtight container.
  8. (Empty spice and herb jars, well washed and dried, will work well.)
