Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • juice from 1/4 fresh lemon
  • 1 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in an 8 x 10-inch Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Bake in a 400° oven until bubbly and slightly brown on top.
  3. Serve while hot with your favorite cracker or bagel chips.
