Easy Lasagna Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna, cooked early
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground
  2. beef;
  3. drain.
  4. Add sauce, water, salt and sugar; cook
  5. together
  6. several
  7. minutes.
  8. Using
  9. a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 spaghetti, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella.
  10. Repeat,
  11. ending with sauce and cheese.
  12. Cover with foil;
  13. bake
  14. at
  15. 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
  16. Remove foil; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  17. Serves 10 to 12.
