Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup orange juice or Tang
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon cake mix, salad oil, orange juice or Tang, and instant lemon pudding in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes.
