  • 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 can French onion soup

Instructions

  1. Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
  2. Salt and pepper the thawed or frozen chuck roast.
  3. Place the roast in the dish.
  4. Pour the can of French onion soup over the roast.
  5. Cover the casserole dish.
  6. Place in a preheated 250°F (120°C) oven.
  7. Bake for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
