  • 16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts

Tips & Substitutions

For a smoother texture, use high-quality chocolate and avoid any chocolate with additives. If you prefer a nut-free version, substitute the dry roasted peanuts with dried fruit or leave them out entirely. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate, as high temperatures can cause it to seize. If desired, add a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor.

Serving Suggestions

These chocolate drops make a delightful treat on their own, but they also pair beautifully with a hot cup of coffee or tea. Consider serving them alongside cookies or as a topping for ice cream. For a fun presentation, arrange them on a platter with fresh fruit or a selection of cheeses to create a unique dessert board.

Storage & Reheating

Once the chocolate has set, store the pieces in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. If you live in a warm climate, consider refrigerating them to maintain their firmness. To reheat, microwave in short intervals at low power, stirring frequently until melted but not overheated.
