Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato puree
  • 1 box dry onion soup mix
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add tomato puree and dry onion soup mix to the beef, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  5. In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers three times.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
