- Thoroughly blend margarine, Karo syrup, salt and extract in large bowl.
- Add sifted powdered sugar; mix with spoon and hands until blended smooth.
- Knead food coloring into mixture.
- Shape into small balls; then flatten with tines of fork on wax paper. Let dry a few hours.
