Easy Pickled Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 doz. green peppers
  • hot peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and vinegar with garlic.
  2. Cut peppers in strips or quarters.
  3. Place peppers in sterilized jars, pour vinegar mixture over peppers and seal.
