Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Let the dough rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. If in a hurry, add 2 teaspoons sugar to the dough.
  3. Spread the dough on a greased pizza pan with your fingers, dipping fingers in flour to prevent sticking.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Top the crust with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
