Ingredients

  • 3 qt. popped popcorn
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello

Instructions

  1. Combine light corn syrup and granulated sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat once boiling.
  3. Stir in the powdered jello until it is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn, one quart at a time, mixing well.
  5. Shape the coated popcorn into balls and place on Saran Wrap to cool and dry.
  6. Wrap each popcorn ball individually for storage or gifting.
